Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Four Leaves: what an account lets you do, how our lesson materials may be used, and the limits of what we promise.
Last updated 6 October 2026
Who you are agreeing with
These terms are an agreement between you and ABS Saurabh, trading as Four Leaves — a sole proprietorship with its principal place of business at 26 D/4 Park Road, Darbhanga Castle, Allahabad-211002, Uttar Pradesh, India, GSTIN 09DTFPS3944N1ZU. By creating an account or using Four Leaves, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
Who may hold an account
Accounts are for adults — parents, guardians and educators. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract where you live. Four Leaves is not a service for children to sign up to and use by themselves; our lessons are made to be used by an adult together with the children in their care.
You are responsible for how the children in your care use material you obtain from us.
What your account gives you
A Four Leaves account lets you browse our lesson library and open the materials attached to each lesson plan — typically a reference pack, a sample lesson and teaching guidelines — for use with the children you teach or care for.
Four Leaves is currently free to use. We do not take payments, and no part of the service is behind a charge today. If we introduce paid plans we will set out the prices and terms before they apply to you, and we will not start charging an existing account without your agreement.
The library grows and changes. We may add, revise or withdraw lessons, and we do not guarantee that a particular lesson will remain available.
How you may use our materials
Our lesson plans, videos, workbooks, illustrations and written material are owned by us or licensed to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for teaching and learning with the children in your own family, classroom or setting. That includes downloading and printing them for that purpose.
You may not:
- republish, redistribute, sell or sub-licence our materials, or make them available to the public anywhere, including on another website or a file-sharing service;
- share your account credentials, or let anyone else use your account;
- use our materials to build or train a competing product, or as training data for a machine-learning model;
- remove or obscure our name or copyright notices;
- attempt to circumvent the technical measures that control access to files, or to access parts of the service you have not been given access to;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, or interfere with its normal operation.
If you want to use Four Leaves across a whole school or organisation rather than a single classroom, write to us — that is a different arrangement from a personal account, and we are glad to discuss it.
Your account and its security
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at — it is how you confirm your account and recover access to it.
- Tell us promptly at the address below if you think someone else has gained access to your account.
Material from other services
Some lessons include a video hosted by a third party and played inside our pages. When you play one, that provider receives your request and applies its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. Our Privacy Policy explains what this means for your data.
Availability
We work to keep Four Leaves available and working properly, but we provide it as it is and as it is available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Our lessons are educational material, not professional advice
Four Leaves is grounded in developmental research, but it is general educational material. It is not psychological, medical, diagnostic or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you have a concern about a child's development, learning or wellbeing, speak to a doctor, psychologist or qualified educator.
Ending this agreement
You may stop using Four Leaves at any time. To close your account and have your personal data deleted, write to fourleaves.co.in@gmail.com from the address on your account; we will confirm and complete it within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms — in particular by redistributing our materials or sharing your credentials — or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to put things right.
When an account closes, your licence to use our materials ends, and you should stop using and delete any copies you still hold.
Limits on our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, goodwill or data, or for any loss arising from your use of our materials in teaching. Because Four Leaves is currently provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to ₹5,000, or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Your responsibility to us
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Four Leaves — for example because you redistributed our materials — you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we incur as a result.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Four Leaves after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Allahabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that either of us may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else; we may transfer ours if our business is reorganised or sold, and your rights will not be reduced by that.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
Contact and grievances
